I am contacting you because I am facing a serious issue with my account ([email protected]) that is preventing the progress of my Nyx project. This project is extremely important and I have tight deadlines to meet.

I used to access the system normally via the email [email protected] until a few days ago, but now I am having critical problems. When I try to log in, the system does not recognize my account and displays a message that the email is not registered. It seems there is a bug preventing login, as this account was active and functioning correctly very recently.

The Nyx project involves developing a complex website for my friend (her Twitter is @nyx0no). This requires continuous access to your platform. I was making excellent progress, implementing several important features, when this access was suddenly cut off due to this apparent bug. This interruption is causing significant delays to the project schedule. The website is a gift I promised her.

I urgently need my access/tokens restored for the [email protected] account, or alternatively, a new account set up with the exact same privileges. Furthermore, please grant access permission to the IP address 138.255.246.25.

Additionally, I have noticed that the site may no longer be free, as it appeared to be just two days ago. My name is Genho Akadion. I’m from Brazil, and my personal situation is quite challenging right now (“my life is very crazy here in Brazil, absurd”). I’m from a middle-class background and currently do not have the funds to pay for the service. I desperately need this resource to at least complete the website. I truly appreciated the free access previously; it was wonderful and I congratulate you for offering it.

Given my situation and the importance of this project, could you please consider granting unlimited credits to the account associated with [email protected], this specific IP address (138.255.246.25), and also ensure my contact email [email protected] is linked appropriately, perhaps with similar considerations? I would be incredibly grateful for this level of support.
